I arrived back at my office at about 9:00 am this morning, to see members of the Irvine Police Dept and the OC Fire Authority at work. There had been a car fire literally outside my office window, and I had missed all the action! Here's what I saw when I got back. One shouldn't expect to see many homes in "The Landings" on the market for sale, (usually they're snapped up pretty fast!), however, right now three are listed, (all in Landing I), including my listing at 12 Silverbreeze, a gorgeous home, priced at $1,375,000.    Also Active are 4 Cottoncloud, an NOD listing, priced at $1,300,000, and 27 Earlymorn, still priced at $1,250,000, after 238 days on the market. About 6,500 people took place in this morning's Half Marathon and 5K race in Woodbridge, Irvine.HERE's a video clip. A Half Marathon is 13.1 miles and a 5K race, (5,000 meters), is 3.1 miles. A lot of the serious runners used today's fun and fast race to prepare for all the great runs that are coming up, like the Surf City Marathon, the LA Marathon, the Boston Marathon, and the OC Marathon. Chip timing was used, (a chip imbedded in the bib number) in this year's Half Marathon and 5K race, and a T-shirt and a great “goodie” bag were available.I am happy to have sponsored mile-marker #1 to help support Woodbridge High School athletics and other Irvine Schools. If you didn't make it down here today, think about coming next year. It's always a lot of fun.
