Irvine CA home selling and real estate market update for August 16, 2014 shows 757 Irvine homes now listed for sale on the MLS. Average asking price for Irvine homes now is $1,108,451. 193 Irvine sellers got buyers for homes under contract and went into escrow during the past 30 days.  231 Irvine homes sold with closed deals during the past 30 days. Average sold price was $783,327 – and average time on market for those was 66 days. Average time it would theoretically take to sell all homes now listed for sale at current pace of home selling is 3.27 months.
