La Jolla homes Neighborhood Series # 5 Bird Rock, San Diego, what a wonderful place to live. There’s a rock in the surf with a lot of birds on it (you’ll see it in this video), in case you were wondering where the name came from.  It’s got its own vibe, people with their dogs and kids at the Bird Rock Coffee Roasters Saturday am for the home made coffee and the best blues I’ve heard since Old Town in Chicago (free). A couple guys pass by with their surf boards walking the 2 blocks to the beach. 92037 is made up of many enchanting sub-areas. If you are new to La Jolla, all the different areas can be confusing. La Jolla homes Neighborhood Series # 3 Lower and Upper Hermosa La Jollas’ Lower Hermosa – One of the loveliest Oceanfront neighborhoods in California. It shares the Wind’N Sea surf with the Beach Barber Tract to the North and the Village just beyond that, a confortable bicycle ride – these residents are either walking or biking. Understated elegance. I usually don’t prefer words like these, but I can’t think of another way to describe these homes. 92037 is made up of many enchanting sub-areas. La Jolla homes Christmas Parade, just like your hometown It's not the entire parade, that would be way too long, but it's enough to give you the flavor. Of course, there were the bands, and the local leader and celebrity convertibles, and the floats, there were even horses and camels, and clowns, and kids darting across the street between marchers, and dogs barking ceaselessly at all the chaos, and the different La Jolla neighborhoods were all represented

These are basic standards that would seem self-evident; however, in today's fast-paced business world, sometimes simple concepts such as courtesy and politeness are overlooked.  Wouldn't this be a great industry if every professional would adhere to, or exceed, our standards listed below?  Standards of Service Service Standards expected by California Coast & Country Homes, Inc.   A local man was walking on the beach in La Jolla Shores one early morning, he was stopped by a tourist who inquired: " What's it like here in San Diego? Are the people friendly, is there a sense of community? I'm considering moving here."   The local replied, " Are they kind where you come from? Do you enjoy community and friendships?"   The tourist replied, "Oh no, it's miserable there, that's why I want to move. I don't have any friends and no one is friendly!"   The local said "I think you'll find the same situation here." and parted ways with a friendly wave.   A little while later the same local man was stopped by a tourist who inquired: " What's it like here in San Diego? Are the people friendly, is there a sense of community? I'm may be moving here for work."   The local repli...

... I serve 24 - 36 clients per year successfully and maintain my boundaries!  A quick StoryOne Sunday (my random day off at the time), I was in the UTC / La Jolla Mall in my Golden Triangle neighborhood of San Diego. My bride and I strolled through many stores, as we do sometimes, so she can window shop and lay the groundwork for her Christmas & Birthday wish lists :). On our walk I wanted to stop by the Franklin Covey store to look at the inspirational books & planners. When we arrived at the front door it was locked, the store was dark and there was a large signboard in the middle of the door way. It read: "Thanks for stopping by. We are closed on Sundays so our employees can enjoy a day off to recharge with their families and bring you excellent customer service 6 days per week."  An...
