Ladera Ranch Real Estate  Market Snapshot September 20th, 2010.   (DETACHED HOMES) 15 Closed Sales: Two-thirds of the way through September 2010 and 15 detached homes have sold in Ladera Ranch (including Covenant Hills).  Of the 15 homes sold 3 were bank-owned, 4 were short sales and the remaining 8 were standard (equity) sales. These numbers are fairly consistent with last month's Market Snapshot August 19th, 2010.  One more sale overall and an increase in the number of short sales from last month to this month.
