I read statistics every day about how home sales are up or home sales are down or predictions that home sales will recover or predictions that homes sales won't recover. I'm in the business of real estate and I can't figure out what all these numbers mean. However, I did see some statistics that caught my eye and actually did make sense to me. Everyday so far in 2011: 13,780 homes sell in the United States 72 homes sell in Orange County, Ca 500 homes sell every week in Orange County, Ca 2000 homes sell every month in Orange County, Ca I speak with buyer's and sellers nearly everyday who are on the fence about buying or selling a home. They're afraid to make a move because of the economy or the thinking that prices will drop or a myriad of other reasons. We, buyers and sellers, forget th...

365 Things to Do in Orange County, CA.-Caffienate Yourself... One of my most favorite things to do not just in Orange County, CA. but something you can do wherever you are at is find your local Starbucks, Coffee Bean Tea Leaf, Pete's, etc. get your coffee drink of choice (which mine is usually one of the three.. Just a coffee, sometimes hot sometimes ice based upon the weahter outside, an iced Americano, 4 shots of espresso over water and ice, or a skinny vanilla latte, fat free milk, sugar free vanilla over 2 shots of espresso). Today I am just chilling out at a Starbucks in Huntington Beach, CA. and it's a cold rainy day outside and I couldn't think of a more perfect place to be to do my work. One thing that Orange County, CA. definitely is not in shortage of is local coffee shops. So...

365 Things to Do in Orange County, CA.-Laguna Beach, CA. Laguna Beach is probably one of the most amazing cities I have ever been to and I love the fact that it's at my own back door. There is so much to do it is hard to narrow it down. So many art galleries and there is also an art museum that are just phenominal! You go to this city and you start to believe that everyone here is an aspiring artist. There is just so much talent here. Laguna Beach also has one of the most awesome and romantic (I just threw up in my mouth a bit there) coastline, and you have a great view of Catalina Island as the sunsets. Laguna Beach also has a wide array of shops and restaurants.. My favorite place is Brussels Bistro.. I will have to write a post about this place later, but it's belgium food and the mo...
