As most of you know since January 7th, 2025, I have been focusing on the Palisades fires. Latest update about the Palisades Fires.... I have been so excited three days ago that we were at 95% contained. I did not have the heart to keep in giving little updates. I find it frustrating that after three days we are still only at 98% containment. Hard to believe... What are your thoughts about second showings? I had a showing yesterday on one of my lease listings. The potential tenant liked it, but he has two other roommates to consider. He took videos and discussed that he will be in touch if there is further interest.Same evening, he reached out and said that his roommate wanted to see it as well. I was of course accommodating. We had today the showing, he and his roommate showed up. Now we wait and see what she has to say. Hmmm...What are your thoughts about second showings? Please share here in your comments.
