I've written alot about small lot subdivision homes in the past and specifically this new development in Silver Lake called SL70.  In my previous post, the complex was just getting off the ground. Now there are models to look and and a number of units have already been sold.  It doesn't seem these homes will be around for long. The company describes SL70 as "a new home community in Silver Lake/Echo Park that's separated from the crowd yet a crowd all its own}.  Initially I wasn't convinced the development was truly in Silver Lake but it is, and right on the board of Echo Park.  Echo Park has been having a building boom, with homes at Morton Village (also small lot homes) already selling and Black Bird set to have homes available in the spring.  On my recent visit to SL70 I was able to s... 01/17/2015

Wow the Google Street View’s Car! How cool is thatJ??? I was driving back to the office the other day after showing some homes in Silver Lake. As soon as I finished, I needed to head back, but thought that I should go on Sunset Blvd to see the latest developments…needless to say my surprise: I saw the Google Streets View Car. Keep in mind I was heading west and saw the car, then I quickly turned around just so I could go and see where the car turned into a small area. I immediately turned around… five minutes laterJ I was in the parking lot where I saw the Google Street’s view car turned into. I was Thrilled!! Lamill Coffee Boutique: the Ultimate Coffee experience in Los Angeles, CA As most of you know, I am a bit snooty when it comes to drinking and enjoying coffee. As far as I am concerned great Coffee, Wine, Champaign and great Restaurants are the reason I work forJ. (OK yes and for Uncle Sam the Tax ManJ!)  One of my clients wanted to meet me and discuss Real Estate strategies, she suggested Lamill Coffee Boutique. I have never been to Lamill and I am so glad she suggested this place. I had a fantastic Latte without sugar, so I could enjoy the flavors. This forced me to buy a pound of whole beans to take home.
