Speechless Sunday: Needed a break from the turkey leftovers... I often get asked “So what can you build on this lot?” or statements like “This lot is not buildable.”I smile and just shake my head and take the trouble of advising the potential buyer or the potential buyer’s agent to reach out to a savvy hillside architect and they will help and will be pleasantly surprised at the answer they get.Some listen, others just move on.
