I have about three or four fish market places which I love to frequent due to the  of the quality and freshness of their seafood product. Malibu Seafood is one of them. Just the other day I had to go preview some land in Malibu so needless to say on the way home I had to stop in and buy a few items for dinner. Escondido Falls in Malibu, CA Trailhead: 27807 Pacific Coast Hwy Malibu, CA 90265        Anyone that follows my blog knows that I love the outdoors, hiking, climbing, and sunsets - in looking for a short hike this past weekend a few friends and I stumbled upon Escondido Falls in Malibu, CA.  While it was a short hike, it was one of my more challenging (for reasons I'll explain later) but offered diverse terrain, the opportunity for climbing, and a perfect sunset on the way back.        The trailhead to Escondido Falls begins along a highway and the first stretch is on a paved road surrounded by houses - visions of suburbia may dance in your head, but at least the homes are some of Malibu's finest, so the scenery is pretty great if you have any interest in architecture.  Once you get to ... 12/19/2013
