Homes in the Manhattan Beach "tree section" are always a hot commodity and the market never took too much of a hit during the market slow down of the past few years. Due in part to great schools, family friendly neighborhoods, proximity to the beach, and limited supply, tree section luxury homes and Manhattan Beach real estate in general, has always remainded strong.
