Mission Viejo Dog Park - La Paws Dog ParkThe recently opened La Paws Dog Park is located 25100 Felipe Road near La Paz  Road and next to the baseball fields at Gilleran Park. Named for its proximity to La Paz Road, the park is divided into three fenced areas; one for large dogs, one for small canines and another for single owner/family dogs. There is a graded pathway around the entire 3 acre dog park area where visitors can stroll around the entire park and take in the views of the canyon and the Saddleback Mountains. This is the place were dogs can run around, chase a ball, languish in the shade, run around and socialize with other dogs of their size. Since I just leased a property and have two more lease listings, I was reminded of a funny lease situation from some years back. I listed and sold a property for a nice family and was then on the hunt to locate a property for them to lease.  We found the perfect property, but dogs were not allowed.   The Mrs. said that the dog would go to live with the parents in the next county over.  Are you sure?
