The Second Mouse GETS the Cheese Would you like to be the 2nd mouse? I would because it gives you a better chance at success. You see. There is something called a mousetrap. It is used as a bait along with a piece of cheese. First in, first out as the saying goes and this adage is very pertinent in this case. Since the mouse is desperate it will ignore all logic and go after the cheese at all cause no matter the danger. Why? Because it is hungry and has to get the cheese. ZAP!! Awghhh! There it goes. The early bird does not always get the worm. The first in line does not always survive. In real estate, this wisdom is most certainly something to embrace. I've seen many times when listings get expired and then they get SOLD on the 2nd time around. This is because the 1st time the agent ma...

I CANNOT believe they made a BIG MESS out of this when they don't have the money to BUY!! Is this how you feel when meeting certain clients? Do you pre-judge them based on the way they dress and carry themselves? Interesting thing happened yesterday as I went shopping at a mall. It's sort of like a combo swap meet and outlet where they sell all sort of trinkets and clothings. In one particular store, I stopped by to look at some items and noticed there were other people browsing nearby. A group of 3 people who were together asked the owner if there was a smaller size to which the owner replied they did not have so the people left. After they departed, one of the employees who was observing them, came over and made a big annoucement to the owner. I CANNOT believe they made a BIG MESS out...

Waking up at the same time EVERY DAY will lead you to success Do you wake up at the same time everyday? If you are, you are on the right track towards success. I recently listened to an interview about an agent who made that recommendation. It's odd that when I used to work at a job, I would wake up at the same time EVERY DAY. But since working in real estate full time, my times have staggered and have been as aberrant as a behavior of a hyperactive child. Sometimes, I stayed up late to research on properties or reading blog posts on AR (uh hmmm.. which can be addictive). This keeps me up and consequently throws my schedule off. In the interview, the agent was suggesting that you need to wake up at the same time EVERY DAY. EVERY SINGLE DAY! This is the first step towards achieving succe...
