March Healthcare West, is working with the March Joint Powers Authority to build a medical facility at March and they plan on opening their doors to the new medical center by the end of 2011.  The facility is called March LifeCare, and there are also plans for several medical facilities and possibly retail stores and hotels. If all goes well, the complex could bring in as many as 7,200 new jobs to the area. This could very well help property owners and developers whose land is not on the base but in the surrounding area. Tons of properties, mostly in Moreno Valley and Perris, are currently for sale for commercial use. The majority is zoned for warehouses or large industrial buildings. The trickle down affect will be huge for office buildings that sell or lease smaller facilities to Doct...

The Highland Fairview Corporate Park in Moreno Valley is coming alive! After many years of jumping over hurdles and running through barriers, the Highland Fairview Corporate Park has finally come to life.  After moving 2 million yards of dirt to grade the site, the ground has been been broken, the cement has been poured and walls are popping up.  There are many new jobs that are now within sight. Skechers alone is expected to employoy 2,400 people at their Moreno Valley location.                                                 Skechers could have chosen any other city, or for that matter taken there operation overseas, but instead they chose our city for their new headquarters.  As a local business owner I plan on buying a pair of Skechers this week to reciprocate.  :)  Thanks for choo...

Today at the 6th Annual Raul Huerta Memorial Golf Tournament, we celebrated the life of Raul Martinez Huerta and helped raise money for his 9 year old daughters college fund. Raul was a great man... he was a Husband, Father, Coach and friend.  He lost his battle to cancer at a young age, I believe it was 31.  He coached and mentored many youth in the City of Moreno Valley and probably had the biggest, most famous smile in town.  I know it sounds played out... but this man would literally light up a room when he walked into it.  He ALWAYS had a smile on his face...always.  :) Rual and I in his garage sometime in 2000-2001 Raul was a California Wrestling State Place Winner for Canyon Springs High School in Moreno Valley and a Junior College All-American at Palomar Community College in San...

I am very honored to announce that The Beeson Group Inc. has been selected by HUD-Pemco as one of their Local Listing Brokers (LLB's) to list and sell their HUD inventory here in Riverside County.  My lovely wife and Broker, Michelle, spent 6 weeks on our proposal and sent it in a couple months back.  We have been anxiously waiting to hear the results for awhile now and just received the email today.  What a blessing it is to be one of HUD-Pemco's chosen companies.  Michelle has worked her tail off throughout her career and it's nice to see her get rewarded for her hard work.  Great job baby, all of us here at The Beeson Group are awfully proud of you.

Moreno Valley is the place to be.  Nice rental properties are ripe for the picking at $60-$80 per square foot in today's market.  There hasn't been a better time in years and the investors are lining up for the positive cash flow. They are literally coming out of the wood work right now... get it while it's hot!

Yes, I realize there is no actual "coffee" in this photo.  But I took it while drinking coffee with my hubby.  It's a beautiful day today.  I am starting out slow.  I'm feeling a bit decadent and just can't help it.  You gotta go with it when it comes along.    Happy Hump Day, everyone! Reverse Mortgages in Moreno Valley, CA and the rest of the country will be changing in a few short weeks on October 4, 2010 An informative and relative post at Reverse Mortgage Daily, yesterday: Here's the gist of  it: On October 4, 2010 (yep, next month) there will be some changes to all new HECM loans with case numbers assigned after that date.  We've know n about these upcoming changes for some time now and here they come. The MIP will increase from a .5% annual premium to 1.25%.  This amount is added monthly to the loan  balance.  The principal limits (sort of like Loan To Value ratios) will decrease between 1 and 5% where they are currently.  Use a Reverse Mortgage Calculator to see what your Moreno Valley home may qualify for.  On the bright side - If you look at the raise in MIP ...

DO YOU KNOW HOW A MORENO VALLEY, CA SHORT SALE WORKS??   Each bank processes short sales differently, and we have had great success with many banks, but to better understand your individual situation and to decipher if you would be a good candidate for a short sale we would review your following information:     How many loans do you have on the property? If more than one loan, who are the banks the loans are with, or who are the mortgage holder(s)? Have you stopped making payments? If yes, how long ago? Have you attempted a loan modification? If yes, what is the status of the modification? Does the property have a HOA (Home Owner's Association)? If yes, are you behind on the HOA dues? If yes, how many payments missed? Is the property in a 55+ community? Was the property your primary ...
