Sam ShuehI was given the name Samuel by my parents which automatically qualify me as having a Jewish name. Over the years I have wore many hats.  This photo was taken last week in Jordan, Middle East.   I did not want to go to a 10 hour 90+ degree tour to visit Petra by hiking 3 miles from Obelisk Tomb to Al Khazna (Indiana Jones the Lost of the Ark).  I chose to hang around at the local market in the city of Aqaba (Lawrence of Arabia-T.J Lawrence). If you try it on you pay for it.  This robe is called thawb (thobe). It is a long garment which does not have splits for sitting down or bending. I assume one wears an oversize robe so he can work outdoors.  As Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob strolled to his parked car in Thousand Trails RV campground in Morgan Hill California at 12:00 midnight July 31st, he noticed a HUGE cloud of smoke 10 feet from his car.So VB quickly walked over to his car and there was an old large tree trunk about 6 feet long on the ground, with hot amber about 2 feet long inside the tree.VB quickly jumped into his car and drove only minutes to the guard gate to alert them.As the followed VB's car to the tree, it had just started to burn and show flame. The 3 of us drug the tree trunk over to a water spout and proceeded to put out the fire. The RV park was completely full of approx 80 trailers, and 60 tents.Where the log was smoking and burning was dry bushes and dry pine trees, etc that reach almost 100 feet in heights.... 08/04/2015
