Now would be a good time to change pass words on your email accounts ...   It's been quite a while since I have changed my pass words to my email accounts and with all the important information within my email accounts, I did recently change them. I dropped or quit using my Yahoo email accounts many years ago and flipped over to Gmail around 10 years ago. I have around 3 major email accounts for my businesses and 2 for personal. Recently Google notified me with a email that several people and IP addresses where trying to get into my Gmail account.  New Google Expansion Mountain View - Benson Industries by Robert Swetz 2018  Benson Industries will start building the Google expansion in Mountain View California in Silicon Valley.  This project will have approx. 8 to 9 different phases run by different project managers for each phase and take approx. 3 years to build.  This new Google expansion has already broke ground and will man/woman up with full construction crews in May/June 2018.  I am very happy to say that I have already been offered a job glazing this project. As many of us know, the real estate market in the Silicon Valley is hot, and continues to be so. The charts below illustrate what we've been seeing in the last 12 months in the condo and townhouse market in Mountain View. Months of inventory for the last 3+ years has been low, and continues its downward trend.   Mountain View condos and townhouses sell quickly and well, and proper pricing, preparation, marketing, and knowing how to reach your target buyer demographic can produce stellar results.While the average sale price to list price ratio was 101.7%, my recent seller received 107.8%. Is that result typical? If you are the Administrator of a Mountain View Probate Estate that has rental property to sell this is a huge deal.
