Napa Valley luxury homes and estates continue to gain in value although inventory of properties for sale is increasing this summer.  There are currently 29 Napa Valley properties on the market with an asking price over $5,000,000 – up one from last week.  Sales of ultra-premium homes remains slow, however, as none of the homes on this list have gone into escrow in recent weeks.
