  Roberts Cottage for Sale Oceanside CA Beach Front   Roberts Cottage for Sale These little beach cottages have been around for a long time, since 1928.  There are 23 cottages, all have ocean views because the 11 homes behind the front 12 are staggered.  Studio style with a small bathroom and kitchen they do make beach front vacation living fun and cozy. Camp Pendleton is just to the north and sandwiched between Oceanside on the south and San Clemente in Orange County on the north.
