Coast 101 Estate Services is a Winner in North San Diego County   I recently got to work with Ann Luginbill and her company, Coast 101 Estate Services, at a property here in Carlsbad.   The property contents needed to be liquidated as part of the sale(Coast 101 Estate Services does LOTS of estate sales, too but can also handle complete liquidations) and Ann was a dream to work with to make that happen.  Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz would like to personally thank all the men & women that fought for our FREEDOM in America.  The Freedom to walk around anywhere, with anyone, anytime, etc. I just spent 4 days walking miles & miles of beaches in San Diego County and several beaches like Laguna Beach in Orange County. Basically FREE to walk anywhere except up a HUGE rock at Laguna Beach. VB forgot to read a sign that read "Please Stay Off" unstable. After Vegas Bob had taken several videos & photographs a lifeguard ran across the beach to tell VB ... "Didn't you read the sign?"  Back to my message ... I have traveled the world around and never have I found the Freedom that we have in America. "Thanks again to everyone that helped save our Freedom in America, and continues to save our Freedom" ....

Some Real Estate Brokers have told me, "Open Houses don't work.  Don't waste your time."  I've heard this for years.  Luckily I have not listened. My team conducts 1-3 open houses every week.  On a slow week we will do one open house.  We blow the doors off of our competition no matter how many we conduct.  Our open houses average 35 people. I was using Google to try and find a home in Rancho Del Oro Oceanside which had an auction sign and came across one of my own blog posts written in 2007 which mentioned the Rancho Del Oro house inventory. Since housing inventory has been the talk of the town in Oceanside and most of San Diego County for the past 6 months, I thought I would give you some numbers showing the record low number of homes currently on the market. In my 2007 blog, I said there were about 77 homes on the market mid 2007 and about 55 at the start of the year. Right now there are only 5 detached homes Active on the market out of the approximate 1500 homes in Rancho Del Oro. I think back in the heydey of 2003-2005 I might have seen 14 homes as a record low at that time, but only 5? Yikes!!! On average, 12 homes ha...

3-Bedroom Condo in Oceanside at 4462 Anne Sladon Road Sold on March 15, 2013   Some lucky buyer purchased this 3-bedroom town home in Oceanside for use as a rental property (most recent rent was $1600/month).   4462 Anne Sladon Road was an end unit 2-story townhome with a remodeled and enlarged kitchen (2009), including all appliances and a stacked washer and dryer.
