I was using Google to try and find a home in Rancho Del Oro Oceanside which had an auction sign and came across one of my own blog posts written in 2007 which mentioned the Rancho Del Oro house inventory. Since housing inventory has been the talk of the town in Oceanside and most of San Diego County for the past 6 months, I thought I would give you some numbers showing the record low number of homes currently on the market. In my 2007 blog, I said there were about 77 homes on the market mid 2007 and about 55 at the start of the year. Right now there are only 5 detached homes Active on the market out of the approximate 1500 homes in Rancho Del Oro. 3-Bedroom Condo in Oceanside at 4462 Anne Sladon Road Sold on March 15, 2013   Some lucky buyer purchased this 3-bedroom town home in Oceanside for use as a rental property (most recent rent was $1600/month).   4462 Anne Sladon Road was an end unit 2-story townhome with a remodeled and enlarged kitchen (2009), including all appliances and a stacked washer and dryer.
