San Diego no Longer in Housing Bubble, Oceanside, CA News flash, the bubble has completely deflated. It appears that San Diego is no longer in a housing bubble and cities in the county of San Diego, such as Oceanside, are also fairing well. Right now Oceanside homes that are priced to sell are receiving multiple offers and far fewer days on the market than just a few months ago. This amrket has become music to a sellers ears and aggravating to buyers. However, you can still beat the odds and get a GREAT deal far under the market in Oceanside if you follow some basic steps. I think most of us strive for excellence in what we do...and not just in our real estate business. We like to make a good impression, after all. It's critical in our business, as it is in any business. And it can tell others a great deal about us very quickly - good AND bad. The sentiment in this signage is pretty powerful, and worth remembering. Unfortunately, the irony is that excellence has apparently not quite become a habit at this company. It reminded me of recent signage at the new Walmart in Encinitas. The painting contractor painted YEILD not once but twice on the road out front of the new store for all to see and it made the headlines. They corrected it quickly - I went to check. We all make mistakes from time to time. It's just better to not have it publicized.

Local Amphitheater To Be Named For Junior Seau, In Oceanside, California. Oceanside, City council voted to rename the Oceanside Pier Amphitheater and Oceanside Beach Community Center after the late town local and football player Junior Seau. Charger Girls, more carnival rides and a lot more to eat are promised by the Oceanside, Chamber of Commerce as part of it expanded Operation Appreciation tribute to the military Saturday.
