Here is a summary of the market statistics from the MLS for Oceanside for the month of November.The data show a drop of 10% in the inventory since the previous month, likely due, in part, to the time of year. Again we see that the median price for attached homnes is down 2% from 1 year ago, whereas the median was 1% higher for detached homes than a year ago.
