Ontario California Homes Days on the Market Here's a good chart to examine if you're thinking of buying or selling real estate in Ontario California. The chart below maps the days on the market properties in Ontario lasted, from January 2008 to the month of January 2012. As you can see homes lasted longer on the market from 2008 to 2009, but then dipped at the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010. The trend lasted to about October 2010.
