  There is a new app out now for your ipad.  It is called open home pro.  Once you start to use it your hooked.  It makes open houses easy and more productive.  Instead of making the visitor sign a visitor sheet you hand the person your ipad and have them fill in their name and email  address.  Then the app asks questions like: How long before you buy, what kind of home are you looking for, how many bedrooms, would you like to be notified if the price on this home drops, and how big a home are you looking for?  You control the number of questions the app asks.  At the end of the day the visitor is automatically sent an email thanking them for coming to the open house.  This app just came out so I expect many new upgrades in the next few months. A report issued by LPS on Monday and reported by DS News today, reports that as of the end of February, foreclosure inventory levels were more than 30 times the monthly foreclosure sales volume. In other words, we have over 2.5 years of foreclosure inventory to come through our market. Ultimately, these foreclosures will most likely reenter the market as REO properties, LPS notes, putting even more downward pressure on U.S. home values. LPS reports that the total U.S. loan delinquency rate stood at 8.8 percent as of the end of February.  By the company's calculations, there are a total of 6,856,000 mortgages in the United States that are considered non-current. VPHS Car and Bike Show The Villa Park High School Instrumental Music Program is preparing to host it's 8th Annual Car & Bike Show. The show is responsible for over 25% of the fundraising money raised by the Booster Club and the funds are used to keep the Music Program running during the year.   The show is scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 9 AM - 3 PM and will be held at Villa Park High School. This year they expect to have more than 150 collector and antique cars participating in the event.
