Oxnard Condos Report May 2016 Let’s take a look at the Oxnard Condo Report for May 2016 to see how this segment of the Oxnard Real Estate Market performed in this leap month. Condo buyers interested in downsizing to a more manageable, low-maintenance Condo, as well, as those looking to begin their Condo ownership journey, will want to check out the condos for sale in Oxnard.  I will use the term Condos, short for Condominiums. Oxnard Homes Report May 2016 Let’s take a look at the Oxnard Homes Report May 2016 to see how this segment of the Oxnard Real Estate Market performed in this leap month.  83 homes sold this May compared to 75 in May 2015. This is an increase in Oxnard Home sales of 10.67%. Here is a breakdown of the other numbers. The Median Sales Price jumped up by 4.01% from what was recorded a year ago and went up by 2.33% from what was cumulatively recorded 3 months ago. The Median Sales Price is the point at which half of homes sold for more and half sold for less. It is influenced by the types of homes selling as well as a general change in values. Average Sales Price also appreciated this month going up 5.04% compared to May of last year.
