PB Real Estate Numbers for the last week of September 2013 look great! No need to "roll the dice" and take your chances because the PB real estate market is in great condition! The PB real estate market, in my opinion, is advantageous for both buyers and sellers based on the stats during the last week of September 2013. In fact, number of sold homes doubled while the inventory made a slight drop.
