I spent the entire day the day before yesterday "Previewing."  Some buyers know that it's part of my service, but do they put a value on it?  I'm not sure.  It's easy to send comps, CMA's, lease comps..all the things you can do on the computer..still hours spent prepping for the actual show, but add previewing and often it's double time.
