A Great "Free" Gift For Your Clients-I noticed my "recently closed" clients was posting his big "move" on Facebook. His friends in turn were congratulating him and asking him to see pictures of his new place. Seller Be Gone and Let Me Sell Your Home(You Too Listing Agent)-I just finished showing a Townhome  to my very serious-all cash buyer. It took 2 weeks to finally get an appointment to see this Town Home because: There was no-lock box The listing agent insisted on being there The seller insisted on being there.
