The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $1,824,000 almost matching $1,825,429 for October 2014. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price was 19% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $1,900,000, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $2,061,284. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.
