 Summer brings long sunny days... as well as exposure to harmful insects! Here are ways to protect yourself and your family:  DO wear protective clothing: long-sleeved shirts, pants and socks. DO use insect repellents to prevent insect-related diseases. DO apply a combination sunscreen/repellent product during the day. DO wash bug repellent off at the end of the day.   DON'T use scented soaps, perfumes, or hairsprays when you will be spending time outdoors. DON'T use DEET on children younger than 2 months of age.
