Two-timing buyers.... Some don't care to hide it!

Last week I received a call from a buyer who wanted to see a home for sale. He was nice enough, and he had many questions about this home. The listing wasn't mine, but of course I said I'd show him the house after I researched the back-end details of the sale. The listing was new and showings weren't available for a few days so I took the opportunity to do as much homework as I could. Through the process I spoke with the buyer many times. Every time we talked he was polite and appreciative. And so came the day to view the house and I prepped myself and arrived at the home a few minutes early.
