Whoever you are, if you end up being the one to buy this home that my client is putting on the market, then you will be one of the luckiest most fortunate buyers to have the experience of getting not only your monies worth, but having the transaction exceed your expectations. The end result? Shangra-LaTHIS IS NO SALES PITCHThis is not creative marketing, advertising or some out of the box promotion to get you to do business. NO. I have a client, my seller, who has gotten it into his head to fix every single thing imaginable and then even start adding to the premises all sorts of goodies that don't even exist. He can't stop himself! I WANT TO GIVE THE BUYER EVERYTHING... PLUSFirst off, this is a twelve years new home and is already in excellent condition. When I was consulted on what I t...

You Might be from California...I am California Flag- Historic Bear Flag raised at Sonoma on June 14, 1846, by a group of American settlers in revolt against Mexican rule. The flag was designed by William Todd on a piece of new unbleached cotton. The star imitated the lone star of Texas. A grizzly bear represented the many bears seen in the state. The word, "California Republic" was placed beneath the star and bear. It was adopted by the 1911 State Legislature as the State Flag. State Capital - SacramentoLargest County- San Bernardino County that measures 3 million acres.Nickname- Golden StateHighest Peak- Mount Whitney is the highest peak in the US (Lower 48 states), 14,445 feet.Tree- Redwood Tree is  proudly displayed in the Sequoia National Park.  California designated redwood as the ...

Ladies & Gentleman....welcome to your life and mine, and now I introduce you to someone else's life too. Just thought I'd share some information about the local market.  I was perusing the list price vs. sale price numbers in my local city of Riverside and I think it shows a telling story.  I recall back between 2012 and 2013 that homes were selling in 4 to 5 days after being placed on the market.  Multiple offers were the norm and the sales price typically landed several thousand over the original listed price.  But that began to change as price increases slowed in 2014 and have continued to do so into the 1st quarter of 2015.Check out the information below that shows the year-over-year difference between the monthly average sales price vs. listed price.  I think the information shows that the market has slowed to a more stabilized type of market.

Saying Goodbye to  Televangelist Reverend Robert Schuller Robert Schuller was a well respected man and I grew up watching him on TV on Sunday mornings when I missed church. He was a very powerful speaker and had a great following. His show was called "Power Hour" and is still broadcast by his grandson currently. He built a huge church, The Crystal Cathedral, in Garden Grove, CA with donations. He held church services there every Sunday and on Christmas and Easter. His broadcasted services reached 184 countries and he had millions of followers. They also had the reenactment of the birth of Jesus called "The Glory of Christmas" and then the "Glory of  Easter".  I remember first coming to see "The Glory of Easter" with my Dad. I was amazed at how big and beautiful the Crystal Cathedral was...

Throwback Thursday- Several Easter Pictures in the 90's     I love Easter and it reminds me of Spring and it a fun time to buy bunnies, plastic eggs, dye eggs and of course the Easter outfits; dresses, hats, shoes, gloves and purses.       I remember taking them to see the Easter Bunny and what fun those days were.       This first one was of my daughter when she was 4 1/2 years old.                 This was the Hallmark Bunny when my other daughter was 2 years old. It was a cute bunny too. I loved this little dress she was wearing. My mom, Nana, had taken her to the Hallmark store to get a beanie baby and it was such a fun surprise to have a bunny there too.         Happy Easter and Thanks for Reading my Real Estate Blog

Traveling to Hawaii was a Wonderful Place to Relax   Lately I have taken vacations in the United States as there are so many places I would like to see. Here are some pictures of a recent trip to Hawaii.         I love going places in the US that make me feel I am in another country like Alaska and Hawaii.   I totally believe it healthy for everyone to take a vacation every year and then come back to work refreshed and feeling wonderful.     Have your booked your vacation yet for 2015?

I wrote about this subject in my book PEARLS FOR GIRLS DATING WAITING & SEX...IN SEEKING CUPID...DON'T BE STUPID  a woman centered book with over 100 chapters in favor of the feminine experience and it bears repeating and emphasis constantly. Throwback Thursday- Fun Times at Disneyland 1967   Walt Disney's dream became a reality to open an amusement park in 1955. He bought 160 acres of farm land in Anaheim in 1954 and began construction of the park. It was finished and opened on July 1955 which was supposed to be a private grand opening party but there was conterfieted tickets and thousands showed up to see the new park. The park did not have enough food and drink and the Mark Twain raft ride almost capsized when too many jumped on.     Here is a list of prices in 1967 which was around the first time I went to Disneyland. I remember getting coupons for 'E Ticket' rides.    Disneyland is still the 'Happiest Place' on earth!   Thanks for Reading my Real Estate Blog...........

I sometimes attend public meetings in my city for different reasons. I am currently supporting my neighbors around the corner from me in trying to improve their community and quality of life. The issue is a parking and access one and the solution is right there for all. The problem? Politics and bureaucracy! MORE OF THE SAME? What happens to some people when they get a little bit of power is an interesting phenomenon. Almost always they don't know how to wield it and they over-react when on the learning curve. The result is they create new problems and then resort to more rigidity and control...That's the wrong direction to take. WE THE PEOPLE...remember? Whatever happened to connection? Exploring the issues. Questions and answers and most importantly treating others the way one would w...
