  Air Blowers Are In Place, Looking For Dry Surfaces Soon     We got a call regarding a small ceiling plumbing leak in a bathroom, the ceiling was opened and must be dried out. The nature of the leak was sudden and wide spread water had gotten all over the inside of the ceiling. Before cloing things up these air movers can be used to dry up the cavity. The approach would likely be different if the leak had been slow and over a long period of time. If this were the case, there would likely be more mold and mildew evident in the opening.

  You Say The Electrician Was Here Yesterday  And Fixed This?    I had to go to Rocklin, CA today to solve an electrical problem. One of the circuits “tripped” a few minutes after being reset. The staff was not able to find the problem and needed to correct the lighting issue soon.  They called an electrician earlier that they have worked with in the past. The young guy apparently spent several hours working on the situation. At the end of the day, he said that he had found the problem and fixed it. The lights tripped again shortly after he had left the property. I had a opportunity to start from the beginning, not knowing what he had done.
