There’s no question the real estate market has traversed some peaks and troughs during the past decade.  If you recall, prices were on a steep incline ten years ago in 2005.  Alas, all good things must end, and the real estate joy ride of rising prices was no exception.  The plummet began in 2008 and continued until the beginning of 2012 when, by my calculations, prices bottomed out and bounced back with amazing speed.  2013 was the year of double-digit gains for many Southern California neighborhoods with stabilization reached in 2014.  That’s a short synopsis of a very turbulent decade in Southern California real estate. This woman had a horse to groom but needed a boost to reach the top of his head.  With a flip of the bucket she achieved the height, and was now able to do the work to finish the task. At the beginning of the month, I set a new goal to write five horse property posts each week during November.  I'm close to being on track, and yes, the results are tangible.  Those extra articles are the boost our horse property niche needed to generate new business from both buyers and sellers. Time flies when you're blogging every day! I'm celebrating an AR anniversary this month. Here's my first Active Rain post from seven years ago.  I've taken the liberty of adding a photo since as a newbie I had no idea how to include a picture with my posts.
