The City of Roseville will possibly be asking for help from the state as well as from the federal government. The Roseville Galleria suffered major damage to it's east wing yesterday following a stand off that ended in a major fire. It's 1.3 million sqft of retail with a 95%-97% percent lease rate makes it a power house in the region when it comes to generating income.  With the holiday shopping season getting ready to start in the next week or two this could not have come at a worse time.  The overall impact of this fire could be larger than first thought.   What do you think        10/22/2010
