These sellers were referred to me because they were specifically looking for a top producer agent in Sacramento. When I met with them, I could sense there was something eating at them, so I asked what it was. They are such a charming couple. The husband hemmed and hawed and said he felt uneasy, didn't know how to say what he wanted to express.
