Some Sacramento agents never work with buyers. I know many agents who prefer to stick to taking listings. But there is an added benefit to working with buyers, apart from steady income. That added benefit is an agent gets to tour homes that the agent might otherwise never see and become familiar with unknown neighborhoods. For example, I have shown many units in the condo complex of Westlake Villas in Natomas. For one reason or another, those buyers purchased a condo in another complex, but I am now very familiar with Westlake Villas without ever listing a unit. The developer calls these homes townhomes, but townhomes generally include some sort of yard, so I call these zero-lot-line homes condos.
