If you didn't make it to the San Clemente Fiesta Fair yesterday, you missed out on some great fun.  There were activities for people of all ages and by the pictures I took I think everyone could say they had a good time.  One of the most memorable for me were the comments I overheard to our active duty servicemen.  So many people came up to them, shook their hands and said Thank you for serving our country.  And yes, some of them had just returned from Iraq but you could tell by the smiles on their faces they were happy to be home.  Please take a moment and click on the link to view the pictures of this years Fiesta fair.  If you like what you see, make it a point to come visit the San Clemente Fiesta Fair next year and while you are here, don't hesitate to call me if you'd like to view... 08/13/2007

So do you have plans on Sunday?  Are your kids making you want to pull your hair out by repeatedly saying that they're bored?  Well I've got something that will be fun for the whole family.  On Sunday, August 12th, San Clemente is hosting their annual Fiesta Fair.  It takes place on Avenida Del Mar and is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.  The street will be filled with games, food booths, a Salsa Challenge and live music ranging from tribute bands to local garage rock bands.  Because the city is expecting 15,000 people to attend parking will be tough.  Therefore, a free shuttle service has been set up at San Clemente High School at 700 Avenida Pico.  It is currently scheduled to run every 1/2 hour so plan on giving yourself some extra time.
