UTC / La Jolla Colony Summer Concert This is a summer tradition in UTC/ La Jolla's La Jolla Colony ParkEvery summer La Jolla Colony hosts a free concert series in the association's park shared by the Barcelona HOA,  the Madrid & theMarbella HOAs, The Avana & Avalon Apartments and of course the Verano HOA.The bands are typically varied but family friendly, from oldies rock & roll to jazz, big band and country music in years past.Located directly across the street from the Von's shopping center where you can get your picnic supplies or a Pizza from Leucadia Pizzeria, one of San Diego's best casual Italian Restaurants. GRATITUDE GATHERING 2016    Every year I host a pre-Thanksgiving Gratitude Gathering to thank my clients, friends and service providers for another year of referrals, closed business and good will. It's one of my many Client Appreciation events. This annual event promotes community amongst my clientele; lots of people sharing their stories about how I sold them their dream home. People getting to know each other, friendships blossoming amongst my clients; my team members putting faces to names in our digital world.
