However, finding the best of the bunch isn't always easy, so today I'd like to introduce you to Restorative Bodywork by Mila Hutchinson. While Mila is a superb massage therapist who understands and utilizes a number of different types of massage practices, her true calling is as a pain specialist, utilizing neuromuscular reprogramming.I went to Mila one day a number of years ago when my regular massage therapist wasn't available. It didn't take more than a few minutes to know I had found the right person to work to alleviate pain in my knee. She quickly discovered a range of issues that were connected to my painful knee and worked on those diligently. Much to my delight, her practice is now locate...

From time to time I ask my assistant to preview some of the condominiums and houses that come on the market for sale. It's easy to know what appeals to me, and I think I know what will appeal to many others, but having a Millennial weigh in has lots of benefits. Some things I simply overlook, a Millennial buyer spots immediately, for better or for worse.Last week my assistant checked out the condo at 1601 Pacific Avenue, in the Polk Street neighborhood of San Francisco.Read on....Through the eyes of a Millennial ...."Roof deck? Check. Awesome views? Check. "1601 Pacific Avenue has got just about everything you could want in a condominium. Securely tucked away in a building just off of Polk, this unit has got it all. "Unit 403 features two levels of extremely well lit rooms and a fabulou...

Today I stepped away from my income tax preparation and previewed a condo at 1650 Jackson Street, in San Francisco. This is one of my favorite condo buildings in the area, and this particular unit, #706, is one of the best. My guest blogger is sharing her opinions here, and I must say I heartily second them. Read what she has to say: "Viewing 1650 Jackson #706 was a real treat. This charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath features a gas fireplace, an updated kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and a view that just won’t quit! There’s a nook right at the entrance that anyone could get creative with. This particular set up sported a desk and bookcase, making it the cutest work space I’ve seen in a condo. The bedroom was a good size with bay views and a large closet. The greatest part about seeing this parti...

Located at 1624 California Street, between Polk St. and Van Ness Avenue, you'll find Plant Warehouse, an oasis of greenery and a truly unique place to shop. The Plant Warehouse specializes in large and unusual plants and is open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM After settling into my San Francisco condo I came to realize one spot called out for a plant, something distinctive that would make a statement and thrive in low light. I had walked past Plant Warehouse a number of times, enjoying the outdoor plant display and attractive, unique storefront, so I thought I'd take a look. I was greeted with a beautiful array of plants, both large and small, green and colorful. Best yet, I was offered help from knowledgeable staff. After describing what I was looking for, the clerk showed me severa...
