A recent MansionGlobal article states 35% of Redfin agents reported a multiple bid situation when representing buyers in May 2019, up 5% from January 2019.Silicon Valley's 2018 real estate market soared much earlier and much higher than usual in 2018, then saw a softening as the year ended. Recently Redfin's CEO was quoted on his definition of motivated seller-and one of his main answers was the house is vacant.
