So AR has been my home page for almost a year and I finally joined not too long ago. But when I was searching for web leads an AR blog popped up with a link to free leads at www.realestateagentsearch.info. so being brand new to the industry I jump on it with the knowledge that I can cancel it at anytime. It has been awhile since I did it so please forgive me if my prices aren't exact, but I believe I paid $9 for one county which is good for one month and they charge you for 3 months at a time. So i picked 5 county's and if you do the math thats $45 dollars a month times 3 months($135). So then I started to check out the site in detail after I signed up( because you have to sign up first to check these features out) and started to realize that this was CRAP!! The dynamics of the Santa Clara County Real Estate market in Fall 2007 are the same as the Summer 07.  That is, low-priced, entry-level homes are selling poorly because the liberal financing which fueled that segment of the market since 2001 is no longer available.  Mortgage lenders are now returning to “traditional” loan standards which include requiring a cash down payment, verifying borrower’s income and requiring good credit.  The result is that the numbers of Santa Clara County buyers and therefore Single Family Residences sales, is lower than it has been for the past 14 years.  But, the Median Sales Price of $860,000 is a record high.  The Median is not being pulled downward by lower-priced sales.  In fact, the average and median statistics mask the real decline in prices of “low...
