Pay a flat fee for listing and closing your home plus commission to the buyer's agent. List your home for $4950 payable only when you close escrow.Reasonable commission to the buyer's agent (2.5%-3.0%) If you've been a FSBO for any time at all you've had agents calling you asking "will you cooperate with agents". That's agent speak for will you pay me a commission if I bring my buyer to your home.
