The San Juan Capistrano real estate market posted solid results in May 2012 with 49 closed sales vs. 21 closed sales in April 2012 - a 233% increase! Demand for housing remains strong - as of June 8, 2012, 59% of the 220 available listings in San Juan Capistrano are in escrow.   For the month of May 2012 49 homes sold in San Juan Capistrano for an average final selling price of $624,775.   The average original asking price of these homes was $653,669 – selling at 97% of list price.   The range of final selling prices was from a low of $87,500 to a high of $3,990,000.   Of the 49 homes that sold, 30 were standard sales and 19 were distressed sales.   May sold homes were on the market an average of 100 days.   If you are looking to buy or sell San Juan Capistrano real estate it's importan...

San Juan Hills East       San Juan Hills East is a Golf Course community on the East side of San Juan Capistrano, CA. Council members also unanimously adopted a resolution authorizing staff to apply for a $700,000 grant through the state's Department of Housing and Community Development for the City's Owner Occupied Rehabilitation loan program.
