Manufactured Home PARK RULES & REGULATIONS MH Park Residency Law (MRL)   1. Do mobile/Manufactured home park rules prevail over state law?   No. The park rental agreement and the park rules and regulations must be consistent with the MRL and other laws that apply in parks. For example, a park rental agreement or rule that provides the park may increase the rent with a 30-day notice to a homeowner who owns the mobilehome in the park would be in conflict with Civil Code Sec. 798.30, which provides that such a rent increase requires a 90-day notice. VA Home Loan With Zero Down Up To $546,250 Purchase Price In San Marcos CA San Marcos CA - Did you know that qualified veterans can obtain a VA home loan in San Marcos CA with zero money down up to a sales price of $546,250?  This limit is for VA home loans closed in San Marcos CA from February 28, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
