IS IT IMPORTANT IF YOUR REALTOR IS NOT A MEMBER OF BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? SAN PEDRO CA REAL ESTATE Recently I received a call from the Better Business Bureau.  I was startled at first and wondered why they were calling.  It turns out they wanted me to become a member. The price is $1 per day and you pay for your membership one year at a time.  Basically they want a check for $365!! The person who called me said that they had 6 phone calls from 6 seperate people who wanted to work with me but only if I was a member in good standing.  The bureau of course was not able to say that I was a member so apparently those clients were lost. In any event, as a consumer you should check up on your Realtor just like you would with any professional that you use.  Unlike contractors though, Realtors...

Sandwich Saloon does fund raiser to benefit the arts at Taper Elementary School, San Pedro CA It was a busy day for Sandwich Saloon this past Saturday, January 23rd.  The restaurant helped with a fund raiser to benefit the arts for Taper Elementary School.  According to Steve Krumbi, Sandwich Saloon was able to help Taper raise over $220 towards their 4th and 5th grade arts program.  This is primarily to help with costumes and props for plays that the children are participating in.  The fundraiser was a great success!  If you haven't been to Sandwich Saloon, you have to come to try one of their great sandwiches!  They are a favorite around San Pedro!  Congratulations to Taper Elementary School!  Parents, students and teachers can look forward to some great plays this year!
