Once again, I woke up to the news of wildfires on the move in Southern California. We are having a heat wave with very low humidity. The drought has also created a perfect environment for wildfires.This morning the fires are in Simi Valley and near Glendora. The hot, dry conditions are making it very hard for firefighters.While local residents cannot fight these fires themselves, it's a good time to be prepared if you live near an area that is fire prone.
