South Pasadena CA  Condo Loft Townhome Market Update This is a report for the condo, loft and townhome category for the city of South Pasadena.   This recap will show July 2012 sales comparing the sales to July 2011 as well as the year-to-date results 2011 and 2012.   All information is from our local multiple listing service(MLS) as of August 6, 2012.
