In October of 2015 Trulia.com reported median homes sales prices fell 10.0% to $1,017,500 in South Pasadena, California between July 2015 to September 2015 from the previous quarter, but gained 2.9% from a year ago in September of 2014. An average home listing price in South Pasadena, California on Trulia decreased 6.5% to $1,092,322 for week ending September 30, 2015 from previous week, down 8.0% compared week ending September 09, 2015.
