In April of 2015 Trulia.com reported median homes sales prices jumped 15.1% in South Pasadena, California between January 2015 to April 2015 to $880,000, from the previous quarter, but dropped 6.1% from the same time in April of 2014. An average home listing price in South Pasadena, California on Trulia was lower 6.4% to $1,211,706 for week ending April 29, 2015 from previous week, and fell 12.9% compared week ending April 08, 2015. A Visit to The South Pasadena Farmers Market - Every Thursday   I quickly stopped by the South Pasadena Farmers Market yesterday afternoon in between appointments but left empty-handed since I didn’t want to leave any of my precious finds in a hot car.      I stopped just a bit after the market opened at 4PM and the temps were approaching 90 degrees but the crowds were still out in enthusiastic force.  The South Pasadena Farmers Market is held each Thursday and the Summer hours are 4PM - 8PM. South Pasadena CA Historic Ostrich Farm Lofts For Sale Market Update   This is a recap of market activity for Ostrich Farm Lofts in South Pasadena.  Living up to its name, the location was the original site of the first ostrich farm in the United States in the late 1800s.  It has been said that the original ostriches made the journey from their native South Africa to Texas before eventually arriving by train to what is now the Ostrich Farm Lofts.
