Welcome to 915 Bryan Ave. This home was remodeled in 2001. There are tile floors in the kitchen, nook, entry, bathroom and utility room. All the windows are double paned. The exterior features simple, but nice landscaping and a large, mature tree.  Parking, boat or RV access (small area) on East side of home (as you look at this picture, access is to the right of home). There is also a large deck to enjoy in the front yard.  Looks like a great place to have a summer BBQ under that tall, mature shade tree. If you would like to see a few more pictures of this home or to get more information, you can take a virtual tour at http://915BryanAve.RaymondHenson.com. Also, feel free to call me if you have any questions 916-698-8414.
